Supported Living Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Supported Accommodation Manager to lead our service as a Supported Living Manager for young people aged . You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, leading a team of support staff and ensuring our young people receive safe, high-quality and personalised support. Key responsibilities Lead and manage the staff team. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of young people. Oversee support plans, risk assessments and safeguarding. Promote independence, confidence and life skills. Work closely with social workers, local authorities and other professionals. Maintain high standards of compliance and record keeping. We are looking for someone who Has experience managing or supervising within a young people, care, housing or supported accommodation setting. Has strong leadership and communication skills. Is passionate about helping young people achieve positive outcomes. Is confident dealing with safeguarding and challenging situations. Is organised, reliable and professional. Enhanced DBS and relevant background checks will be required.
