Location: Birmingham
Salary: -35,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time (with a minimum of one day per week providing direct support)
Driving Licence: Full UK licence required

Are you an experienced leader in adult social care with a passion for supporting people with complex needs? We''re working with a respected care provider to recruit a Supported Living Service Manager for an intensive support setting in Birmingham. This is a rewarding opportunity to lead a dedicated team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of adults with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge.

• Lead, support, and develop a team of committed Support Workers
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered
• Promote independence, dignity, and choice for the people you support
• Work collaboratively with the Registered Area Manager to maintain smooth service operations
• Provide direct, hands-on support at least one day per week
• Maintain accurate records and use digital systems effectively
• Champion best practices and uphold safety, wellbeing, and satisfaction for all individuals in your care

• Experience supporting adults with complex learning disabilities
• Strong understanding of Autism and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or willingness to complete within 18 months)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and IT skills
• Flexible and proactive approach to working hours, including participation in a rota
