Working for an established and reputable organisation who provide support to vulnerable people with learning disability, complex needs, mental health, autism within services across the country, we seek a skilled Senior Support Worker for one of their services in East Lancashire. What you''ll be doing: Oversee daily operations for a small supported living service for adults who are non verbal with complex health needs, learning disability, ensuring high standards of care and support. Team of 12 staff. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of support staff through supervision and ongoing training. Ensure compliance with all legislation, policies, and standards, including CQC regulations and health and safety. Build strong relationships with service users, their families, and external agencies to promote person-centred care. Work with personalised support plans aligned with individual needs and goals, and deal with risk assessments. Monitor service quality through audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
