The role:Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of supported living services for adults with learning disability.Manage and support a team of care staff, providing supervision, training, and performance management to ensure high-quality care delivery.Develop and implement individualised support plans tailored to each service user''s needs and preferences.Build and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and external agencies.Monitor service quality through audits, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.Promote a person-centred approach, empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals and independence.
