Supported Living Locality Manager - WalsallStarting Salary: £35,000Rising to c. £38,000 upon successful CQC registrationFull-time - PermanentDriving licence and own vehicle requiredAre you a dynamic leader with a passion for empowering people with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives?I am looking for a Registered Locality Manager to oversee several supported living services in Walsall - with exciting new services launching soon.As part of a forward-thinking operations team, you''ll lead and inspire Service Managers to deliver high-quality, person-centred support. You''ll be instrumental in driving service excellence, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of growth and innovation.Reporting to the Operations Manager, you''ll be responsible for:Leading CQC inspections and ensuring compliance across all servicesReviewing audits and developing action plansSupporting and mentoring Service ManagersOverseeing safeguarding logs, support plans, and risk assessmentsManaging rotas, annual leave, and sicknessDriving recruitment and quality assuranceHandling MCA DOLS applications and contract complianceBuilding a robust support network including on-call systemsTo be considered, you''ll need:A strong background in learning disabilitiesProven experience managing Supported Living LD servicesExceptional team and people management skillsA full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicleTo be successful in this role, you must be :Flexible and approachableAn excellent communicator and natural problem-solverA confident leader who use initiative and thrive in a team environmentHold the Level 5 QCF in Management (or working towards completion within 18 months)Level 3 NVQ or equivalentHave knowledge of CQC, inspections, and Key Lines of EnquiryBe experienced working with external agenciesIf you''re ready to make a real impact and grow with a company that values your leadership, click apply now!Looking to recruit?
