The Opportunity As Supported Learning Manager, you''ll provide operational and strategic leadership across Supported Learning provision, ensuring learners with additional needs receive outstanding support that enables them to achieve positive outcomes. You''ll lead and develop teams of Learning Support Assistants and specialist staff, oversee EHCP processes, work closely with curriculum leaders and act as a key point of contact for families, local authorities and external agencies.
