You’ll be supporting residents to maintain their accommodation, build their independence and work towards positive outcomes. The role is varied and involves everything from one-to-one support and risk assessments through to helping residents access benefits, services and suitable move-on options. You’ll also work alongside external agencies and local services to make sure residents have the right support around them.
