About the Role: As a Supported Housing Worker within the Connect Wiltshire service, you''ll provide person-centred, high-quality support and housing management to single homeless clients with low to medium support needs, living in designated properties. Your focus will be on helping individuals progress towards greater independence, ensuring sustainable move-on within defined timescales. Connect Wiltshire is a multi-agency partnership led by Turning Point and commissioned by Public Health.
