Supported Housing Team Leader

Are you an experienced Team Leader who enjoys supporting teams, improving services and helping people achieve positive outcomes? We''re currently looking for a Team Leader to join a well-established residential support service in Abingdon. This is a hands-on management role where you''ll have the opportunity to lead a team, influence how the service operates and play an important part in supporting colleagues through a period of change. Please note: this is a 6 month FTC (subject to further extension or the role becoming permanent). The salary scale is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience). The role You''ll work as part of the management team, taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service and providing leadership to a team of Recovery Workers. You''ll have direct line management responsibility for around 4-5 members of the team, working alongside another Team Leader and reporting into the Service Manager. The service is currently reviewing and developing its ways of working, so this is a particularly interesting time to join. A key part of your role will be helping staff understand and adapt to changes, providing clear leadership and making sure the team remains supported and focused throughout the process.
