Supported Housing Services Manager Location: Luton, BedfordshireSalary: £40,000 - £42,000Permanent Full-time We are working with a well-established not-for-profit housing association to recruit a Hostel Services Manager to lead the effective delivery and development of its supported accommodation services across Luton. This is a key management position with responsibility for ensuring customers receive safe, secure and high-quality accommodation alongside effective, person-centred support. The Role As Supported Housing Services Manager, you will: Lead, manage and develop a team of Team Leaders, Coordinators and Support Coaches. Have overall oversight of the safe, secure and effective management of supported accommodation. Promote a trauma-informed and psychologically informed approach across the service. Set clear objectives and performance measures, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
