Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Lead and develop multi-site teams to deliver high-quality supported housing services. Drive performance against KPIs, regulatory standards, and contractual requirements. Embed a strong safeguarding culture, overseeing incidents, complaints, and risk management. Manage relationships with commissioners, partners, and stakeholders. Support service development, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage service budgets and ensure efficient, effective resource deployment.
