We are a specialist housing charity supporting around 200 adults across South East London, including people experiencing mental health challenges, homelessness, complex needs or leaving care. You will manage your own caseload, building trusted relationships with clients and helping them work towards realistic goals around their wellbeing, housing and independence. No two days will be exactly the same.
