You will be providing housing support to vulnerable clients with learning disabilities. You will be the first point of contact with respect to complaints, tenancy management, anti-social behaviour, tenancy enforcement, income management and lettings. You will manage your own diary and as a mobile worker you will be expected to spend most of your time on site where your patch is located. These areas include; Birmingham, Black Country, Nottingham, Kidderminster, East Staffs, Leicester and Derby. Main duties include but are not limited; Effectively manage of void properties Managing rent arrears effectively Respond accordingly to all instances of anti-social behaviour (ASB) to help resolve matters and prevent further incidents.
