Supported Housing Manager

Location: Reigate, Surrey, hybrid (4 days per week on site) Contract: Temporary, 4 months Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week between Monday and Friday (plus on-call duties) Pay: £22.47 per hour (+ £2.71 holiday pay) Start Date: ASAP Prospectus is delighted to be supporting our client, a Christian housing, care, and homelessness charity, in the search for an interim Supported Housing Manager to lead their 19 bed supported housing service in Reigate. This role provides a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager to lead a trauma-informed and person-centred specialist female supported housing service. By providing high quality leadership to a dedicated team, ensuring high quality service delivery, and efficient operational performance, the successful applicant can make an immediate and meaningful difference in an impactful organisation. Due to the role requiring working with vulnerable women, we can only consider female applicants (this position is exempt under Part 1 of Schedule 9 of The Equality Act 2010 due to the genuine occupational requirement). Also due to the nature of the role and the need to start ASAP, the successful applicant will require an enhanced DBS registered with the Update Service and a notice period of no more than 2 weeks.
