This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing service supporting individuals experiencing homelessness, multiple disadvantage and complex needs , helping residents move towards greater independence, stability and positive long-term outcomes. The successful candidate will be an experienced supported housing professional who is confident leading a team while remaining hands-on with a small, complex caseload. Your responsibilities as a Supported Housing Manager will include: Leading, motivating and developing a team of support and housing professionals.
