Supported Housing Manager
A values-driven charity is seeking a Supported Housing Manager to lead a specialist supported housing service for women who have experienced homelessness and trauma.Surrey £40,000 £41,000 Full timeThis role will oversee a 19-bed accommodation service, managing a team that delivers trauma-informed, strengths-based support to help residents rebuild stability and move towards independent living.Key responsibilities include: Managing and supporting a team of frontline support workersOverseeing day-to-day operations of the supported housing serviceManaging referrals, risk and safeguarding processesDeveloping partnerships with local authorities, charities and community organisationsSupporting residents to access services relating to health, wellbeing, employment and housingManaging budgets, service quality and compliance About youYou will have experience managing supported housing or similar services, leading frontline teams and delivering high-quality support for people with complex needs.
