Role: Supported Housing Manager - Domestic AbuseLocation: Greater ManchesterHours: 40 hours per weekSalary: From £38,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experienceContract: Permanent or Temp to PermStart Date: ImmediateSupporting Futures are recruiting a Supported Housing Manager to lead a brand-new dispersed safe accommodation service for victims and survivors experiencing domestic abuse and complex needs.This is an exciting opportunity to join the service at mobilisation stage, shape its culture and lead the delivery of safe, trauma-informed and person-centred support.Key responsibilities:Leading and developing the service teamOverseeing safeguarding and high-risk domestic abuse caseworkQuality assuring DASH assessments, safety plans and support plansManaging referrals, occupancy, housing operations and move-on outcomesMonitoring service quality, performance and contractual requirementsBuilding strong relationships with commissioners and partner agenciesParticipating in the management on-call rotaWe are looking for someone with:Management experience within domestic abuse, supported housing, homelessness or a comparable complex-needs serviceStrong knowledge of DASH, MARAC and safeguardingExperience of staff supervision and performance managementAn understanding of housing management and service complianceA relevant Level 3 qualification or equivalent experienceA full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleAn Enhanced DBS check will be required.Supporting Futures - ..... full job details .....
