What You''ll Be DoingLeading and developing a resident-focused service team. Managing safeguarding, wellbeing and support interventions. Building effective partnerships with families, health professionals and external agencies. Supporting tenancy sustainment and resident independence. Ensuring compliance with health and safety and regulatory requirements. Driving continuous improvement and service excellence. About YouExperience managing services within sheltered housing, supported housing, social care or a similar setting. Strong understanding of safeguarding and resident wellbeing. Proven team leadership experience. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
