Supported Housing Coordinator

BDS are currently recruiting a Sheltered Housing Manager covering a service in Scarborough for a well-known Housing Association.

25 hours per week Monday- Friday over 4/5 days

-15.94ph PAYE- -20.42ph UMB

Temporary to ongoing opportunity

You will be based within a beautiful service providing 41, one and two bed apartments, there are a range of onsite facilities to include, an attractive gardens, a lounge, hair salon and library

This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP

The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently. There will also be regular welfare checks, healthy and safety checks on the buildings and reporting and overseeing any maintenance required.

Role Summary:

- 25 hours per week

- This is a temp ongoing

- Working with older adults (Aged 55 +)

- Based in Scarborough

- Previous Sheltered or supported Housing Experience is preferable

Duties include:

- Welfare checks on residents.

- Health and safety checks

- Signposting

- Reporting any maintenance requirements.
