Supported Employment Quality and Assurance Officer

The starting salary for this role is 48,698 per annum based on a 36-hour working week. The role is fixed term up until March 2029.We are looking for an exceptional person to join the Economy and Growth team, to lead on quality assurance and fidelity for our growing supported employment services. As a Supported Employment Quality and Assurance Officer, you will play a key role in helping our programmes deliver high-quality services to support people into sustainable work, by ensuring that our teams follow best practice, and that we are meeting the requirements of the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) and Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) fidelity scales.You will be expected to attend the office one day a week in Woodhatch Place, Reigate (usually Tuesday).
