Supported accommodation worker

BDS-are currently looking for a- supported accommodation Worker-in-Sunderland.

The role will be to work as part of a team managing a small portfolio of properties and tenanacies within an allocated area.

You will work closely with a small group of people to provide-housing management service.

Your duties will include;

• Supporting tenants to manager their tenancy and assist with benefits claims
• Signposting to relevant organisations.-
• Ensuring the correct tenancies are issued and ensure the tenant understands an accepts the tenancy obligations.-
• Providing support with finding training and employment oportunities-

The ideal candidate with have previous supported housing experience, including- dealing with tenancy related issues.

An enahnced DBS check will be required

You will be required to have a full Uk driving license, access to your own vehicle and business insurance.

Pay: -18.56-Umbrella

Hours: 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri,

Contract: Temp ongoing with potential for permanent work at a later date.
