Job Title: Supported Accommodation Service Manager Location: Cheltenham / Gloucester Salary: 35,000 per annum + Excellent Company Benefits Start Date: ImmediateWe are looking for two experienced and dedicated Supported Accommodation Service Managers to lead services supporting young people aged 16-25, particularly those with experience of working with Care Leavers. This an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred support that empowers young people to live independently.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of supported accommodation servicesLead and support a team, including conducting supervision and appraisalsLiaise effectively with commissioning teams, brokerage services, and multiple local authoritiesDeliver a consistently high standard of person-centred care and supportOversee care planning, ensuring each young person has tailored, outcome-focused plansComplete and review risk assessments to promote safe environmentsCarry out cross-matching of referrals to ensure appropriate placementsMonitor and manage service performance against KPIsEnsure safeguarding standards and regulatory compliance are maintainedRequirementsProven experience as a Team Manager or Service Manager within supported accommodation or a similar settingStrong understanding of the needs of young people aged 16-25Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and relevant legislationExperience working with local authorities, commissioning, and brokerage ..... full job details .....
