££ Full-time, permanent – 37 hours per week (5-week rolling rota, Mon–Sun, 8am–9pm)

Are you passionate about empowering people to live more independently and thrive in their communities£ We’re looking for a Support Worker to join our dedicated team, supporting adults and families in supported housing across Falmouth, Penryn, and Truro.
What You’ll Do
- Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with service users, colleagues, and partner agencies.
- Encourage participation in social, educational, and employment opportunities.
- Carry out risk assessments, maintain professional boundaries, and ensure safeguarding and safety compliance.

About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in support work, risk assessment, and planning.
- A strong communicator, able to build rapport quickly.
- Confident working both independently and as part of a team.
- IT-literate with good record-keeping skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and resilient under pressure.
- Positive, open, and professional at all times.
££ This role requires an enhanced DBS check. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
