This is a rewarding opportunity to support adults in a residential setting, helping them to live fulfilling, independent lives while providing the reassurance and encouragement they need every day.Location: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)Hours: Full Time Shifts including weekends and bank holidaysWhat You will Be DoingAs a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily lives, promoting dignity, choice and independence at every opportunity.Your responsibilities will include:Providing person-centred care and emotional support.Assisting with personal care where required.Supporting residents with daily living activities, hobbies and community outings.Encouraging independence and helping individuals achieve personal goals.Building positive, trusting relationships with residents and their families.Administering or supporting with medication (following training and procedures).Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any changes or concerns.Working closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.About you You will be someone who genuinely cares about making a positive impact and enjoys working as part of a ..... full job details .....
