      <description>Location: Kent | Salary: &amp;pound;25000 - &amp;pound;28000/annum | Type: Permanent | We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a trusted adult care provider in Ashford who is looking to welcome caring, dedicated and dependable  Support Workers  to their growing team.  This is an incredibly rewarding role where you will support adults within a residential setting, helping them to maintain their independence, develop confidence and enjoy the best possible quality of life. No two days are the same, and every shift offers the chance to make a meaningful difference.   Location:  Ashford, Kent  Salary:  £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)  Hours:  Full Time | Rotating shifts including weekends and bank holidays   Your responsibilities will include:   	 Supporting residents with everyday living tasks and encouraging independence.
