Support Workers Needed

We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers for a new client in the W9 area. The role involves working with adults who have a range of support needs including:AutismMental HealthDementiaElderly care (including old age-related conditions) Key Responsibilities:Provide person-centred care and support in a residential or supported living settingAssist with daily living activities, emotional support, and personal careWork collaboratively with service users, families, and other professionalsMaintain accurate records and follow care plans Shift Details:Includes sleep-in shiftsEarly, late, and weekend shifts may be required Requirements:Previous experience in a care home or supported living environmentRelevant training or certifications (e.g., Autism Awareness, Dementia Care, PBS) preferredRight to work in the UKDBS must be on the Update Service, or we can process one for you (a fee ..... full job details .....
