We are looking to recruit Support workers, who are passionate about providing care to work day and night shifts. The positions are based in modern, fully equipped residentail homes and hostels located in the Kent.
Location: Kent.
Hours: Ad-hoc shifts (night /day)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional health care to residents.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance quality of life for residents.
Maintain high standards of written and verbal documentation.
Training Requirements:
All mandatory training
Essential: All candidates should have 6 month of work experience within the health care sector in the UK.
