Support Workers - Bangor

x5 Support Workers required to work as part of our clients team at Ward House, one of the South Eastern Trust''s supported living units in Bangor. This role focuses on providing 2:1 support to an individual with learning disabilities and who may display challenging behaviours. Key responsibilities include providing personal care, maintaining accurate records, assisting with meal preparation, and promoting independence and daily living skills. Shifts that will need covered are Day Shifts 8.00am-3.00pm, 3.00pm-10.00pm and Waking Nights. We are looking for 5 individuals who would be available to work 5 shifts per week and are CPI trained or willing to undertake this training. Pay rates range from £12.75 to £21.55 per hour depending on the shift worked. This post will last for a minimum of 3 months and may be extended. This role will begin in the middle of July once training and compliance checks are completed.
