Support Worker/Healthcare Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one or group support for Adult with special educational or developmental needs.
• Assist Adult with daily routines, personal care, feeding, mobility, and hygiene where required.
• Support emotional, social, and behavioral development through positive interaction and encouragement.
• Work closely with therapists, and healthcare professionals to implement care and support plans.
• Monitor and record progress, behaviors, and any concerns, maintaining accurate reports.
