  • Work collaboratively with external agencies and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to safeguarding and support plans.
  • Participate in team meetings and training.

About You

  • Experience supporting vulnerable people in the community or supported living environments, either professionally or through volunteering.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to helping others succeed.

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems.
  • Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as travel between schemes is required.

Benefits

  • 25 days annual leave.
  • Flexible benefits including healthcare, dental and retail discounts.
  • Up to 10% pension contribution.
  • 4x Life Assurance.
  • Funded training and apprenticeship opportunities.
  • Two paid volunteering days per year.
  • Family-friendly policies and supportive team culture.
