Many of the individuals we support may have experienced trauma, instability, exploitation, or other complex challenges, and require consistent guidance and encouragement.This opportunity is ideal for candidates who can confidently manage challenging situations, maintain professional boundaries, and build positive, supportive relationships while prioritising safeguarding and wellbeing.The Role As a Support Worker, you will assist young people with daily living, emotional wellbeing, personal development, and independence skills.
