We are looking for dedicated and resilient Support Workers to join our team supporting young people aged , including care leavers, who may come from challenging and traumatic backgrounds such as family breakdown, abuse, substance misuse, and exploitation.About the RoleAs a Young Person Support Worker, you will provide day-to-day support to help young people develop independence, confidence, and life skills.
