They offer a safe and welcoming environment where individuals can access practical support such as hot meals, showers, laundry facilities, and use of telephones and computers. As they experiencing a higher need, they are looking for Support Workers in Chichester to join their established team. As a Support Worker you will engage with the young people accessing the service, build trust and relationships, and enable them to begin their journey away from homelessness towards long-term change. This is a hands-on, rewarding role ideal for someone passionate about supporting vulnerable people in the community. Previous experience of working with homeless people would be preferred but is not essential.
