About the Role

Looking for a rewarding role where no two days are the same?

As a Support Worker, you''ll provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs — helping them live with independence, choice, and confidence.

No experience is needed — we provide full training. What matters most is your kindness, compassion, and willingness to care.

Shifts

Flexible full-time and part-time roles, including:

  • Day shifts
  • Night shifts
  • Sleep-ins / waking nights
  • Every other weekend

  • Support daily living, personal care, and life skills
  • Encourage social activities and community involvement
  • Help individuals build confidence and independence
  • Follow personalised support plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
