      <description>Location: Dorchester | Salary: &amp;pound;13.15 - &amp;pound;14.00/hour | Type: Temporary | Vibe Care Agency are seeking experienced Support Workers to support Adults in supported living services in the Dorchester area. This is a flexible role (zero hours) to fit around any other commitments you have, working with a well established agency &amp; service provider.   *This role is not suitable for anyone seeking sponsorship*   This role is supporting adults either living on their own or in shared accommodation within supported living services.   Pay Rates -13.15 - -14.00 enhancement for BH working. Sleep-In rate -75.00   Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex behaviours &amp; complex health support are essential however additional training can be provided.  Shifts vary depending on the individual services: example -  08.00 - 20.00  07.30-14.30 / 14.30-21.30  20.00-08.00 / 22.00-07.00 (sleep in &amp; waking night shifts)   We are looking for:    Experienced support workers  Knowledge &amp; understanding of learning disabilities, autism &amp; complex needs  Experience working in a similar role supporting adults  Ability to work as part of a team or on your own  Ability to promote individual choices, rights &amp; dignity  Understanding behaviours that challe...</description>
