This is a temporary contract covering a staff absence.Length: July to End of August 2026 - ASAP StartRate: £18.14 per hour (Umbrella)Hours: 37.5 hours a week - 09:00am to 17:00pm Hub Home RoamThe role involves:Undertake meaningful Support Planning and Keywork sessions with customers, ensuring that individuals can adhere to the terms of their occupancy agreement, are signposted to relevant services and supported to get involved in the wider communityUndertake customer signs ups, settling in and routine visits, swiftly addressing tenancy related concernsComplete property inspections and compliance checks in line with policies, immediately taking action where necessary and reporting outcomes to the Property Services TeamTake proactive action to ensure customers pay their rent and services chargesManage allegations of anti-social behaviour Undertake legal casework where necessary and present in court, to ensure recovery of debt and address anti-social behaviour including eviction actionAdditional requirements:UK Drivers LicenceAn enhanced DBS ideally from within three years or willingness to obtain oneVenn Group is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates. ..... full job details .....
