As a Support Worker, you''ll play a meaningful part in helping people build their independence and enjoy richer, more fulfilling lives. You''ll be joining one of our 24 hour supported living services for adults with Learning Disabilities. The people we support have a range of needs - including complex Learning Disabilities, Autism, health needs and physical disabilities. Some individuals are non verbal, and others require higher levels of personal care and manual handling/hoisting, so this is a very hands on role. We work closely with families and aim to create a warm, positive circle of support. Everything we do is person centred - from daily activities and shopping, to cooking, managing budgets and helping people enjoy the things that matter to them.
