We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate individuals who are passionate about supporting people to live as independently as possible and providing high-quality care and support. The role includes: Providing person-centred care and support to residents Supporting individuals with their daily activities and routines Promoting independence, dignity and choice Supporting with personal care where required Building positive relationships with residents and colleagues Following individual care and support plans Maintaining accurate records and following relevant policies and procedures What we are looking for: Previous experience in a care or support worker role is desirable A caring, patient and professional approach Good communication skills Reliability and flexibility Ability to work effectively as part of a team Right to work in the UK Relevant DBS and mandatory training, or willingness to complete these requirements Pay: £14.43 per hour Location: Rectory Lodge, 87 Rectory Road, Pitsea, Basildon, Essex, SS13 2AF Interested?
