Support Worker

Thera East has an exciting opportunity available for a Support Worker to join our team based in Tiptree, Colchester, Essex. You will join us on a permanent basis with full time, part time and relief hours available. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £13.30 per hour. About the Support Worker role As a valued Support Worker with Thera East, you will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability. You will help create innovative ways to support individuals achieve their own personal goals, aims and ambitions. Supporting people in their daily lives is varied and could include helping someone develop new skills, providing personal and emotional support, helping people plan and manage their own home, support with leisure, employment, individual interests and travel.
