Support Worker Alcohol Service Southampton 37 Hours per week, Monday to Friday (1 weekend every 5 weeks) Salary Scale: 20 - 21 (£25,947 - £26,305 per annum) About Us This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Charity and Housing Association. The Impact You''ll Make The Alcohol Service provides a range of support for 24 clients, across four shared houses, who are working to overcome long-term alcohol dependency and gain new life skills that will support them to return to living independently in their own accommodation. Who We''re Looking For We would like someone who is confident and able to work directly with clients, achieve goals identified in support plans and produce risk assessments. Account for and record all incoming monies in accordance with the Society''s Financial Procedures. Promote the concept of recovery to service users emphasising the importance of healthy lifestyle choices and personal responsibility for their own long-term health outcomes.
