Support Worker

Job Description

We are a care agency recruiting Support Workers to work across multiple care settings in the Harrow, Wembley, and Edgware areas.

You will support adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and elderly care needs, delivering high-quality, person-centred care across residential, supported living, and community services.

This is a flexible role offering a variety of shifts to suit your availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting service users with personal care and daily routines
• Promoting independence and dignity
• Assisting with community access and social activities
• Providing emotional and practical support
• Keeping accurate care records and reporting concerns

Requirements

• Previous care experience desirable (not essential)
• Caring, patient, and reliable attitude
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nights
• Right to work in the UK
