Support Worker Supported Living

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve greater independence while supporting them with their daily lives. Every day is different, and you''ll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of the people you support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
• Encouraging and supporting people to participate in meaningful activities and hobbies.
• Supporting individuals with community access, shopping, appointments, and social activities.
• Assisting with personal care where required.
• Administering medication following training and company procedures.
• Supporting with meal planning, cooking, household tasks, and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Assisting individuals to attend medical and healthcare appointments.
• Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and inclusion at all times.
• Maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare professionals.
