We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our team across our residential and supported living services, including Rochael, Menchare, and other AS Care Solutions settings. The Role As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to individuals living within our residential and supported living services. You will support people to maintain their health and wellbeing, develop life skills, access the community, and achieve their personal goals while promoting independence and positive outcomes. You will work closely with Team Leaders, Senior Support Workers, healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to ensure individuals receive safe, effective, and compassionate support. Main Responsibilities Supporting individuals with personal care where required, maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect at all times. Administering medication and completing medication records in line with company policies and training. Supporting individuals to attend GP appointments, hospital visits, reviews, and other professional appointments.
