We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support. About the Role As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for managing an allocated caseload of service users living in supported accommodation. You will deliver structured, face-to-face support sessions, assess individual needs, develop personalised support plans and work with residents to achieve meaningful outcomes. The role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities and the confidence to work independently while maintaining high standards of safeguarding, documentation and professional conduct.
