You will play a key part in creating safe, stable, and supportive living environments where individuals can thrive.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this varied and rewarding role, you will:Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needsDeliver intensive tenancy management, supporting customers to maintain stable accommodationAssist customers in developing life skills, such as budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and self-careSupport with rent payments, benefits applications, and managing any arrearsCarry out regular property inspections, ensuring safety standards are met and reporting repairsFacilitate one-to-one sessions and group meetings in line with support plansSupport customers to understand and maintain house rules and positive behavioursWork collaboratively with external agencies and partners to meet customer needsMaintain accurate records, including support plans, outcomes, and case ..... full job details .....
