Support Worker

Wrexham Council are seeking to recruit an experienced support worker to join their team based in a supported living service for adults with mental health illness. This is initially a temporary position for 3 months with a view to being extended on an ongoing basis. You will work 12 hour shifts from 9am-9pm with some weekend working required to fit the rota. The standard hours are 36 per week (3 shifts) and offers a pay rate of 13.26ph PAYE.Duties of the role include:Supporting individuals with daily living skills, medication, appointments and leisure activities.
