      <description>Location: Poole | Salary: &amp;pound;13 - &amp;pound;13.50/hour | Type: Permanent | Education Support Worker - College - Poole, Dorset.    SENCare Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a college, that is seeking experienced teaching assistants to support young adults who have autism, mild and profound needs and SEMH.   Start:  ASAP   Duration:  5 days a week - ongoing.   Hours:  8.30am - 4.30pm   The ideal teaching assisant -    	 will have at least 6 months experience supporting students with autism, social emotional mental health difficulties, some profound needs. 	 experience supporting students aged16-25 	 able to follow students ECHPs 	 experienced with ASD, PMLD, SEMH, trauma, sensory processing, and social communication teaching background 	 the ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with vulnerable students 	 have a clear DBS registered to the update service - child and adult checked.
