To provide the stability and encouragement they need to succeed in their education.The Role: What You''ll Be DoingProviding 1-to-1 and small group support to pupils aged 11-16.Assisting the Class Teacher in managing classroom behaviour and engagement.Building strong, trusting relationships with students who may have experienced trauma.Implementing de-escalation strategies and supporting emotional regulation.Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.What We''re Looking ForWe welcome applications from both qualified and unqualified Support Workers.Experience (Desired but not essential): Backgrounds in Youth Work, Sports Coaching, Care, or Military/Police are highly valued.Resilience: The ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging behaviour with empathy.Communication: Strong ..... full job details .....
