      <description>Location: Maidstone | Salary: 12.75-12.75 Hourly | Type: Temporary | We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to provide high quality, person centred care and support to an individual with complex care needs. This is initially an agency position, with the potential to move into a permanent role depending on your experience, suitability and how the initial temporary shifts go. The Role As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and professional support, following individual care plans and ensuring the person''s comfort, dignity and wellbeing at all times.
