Pay Rates and Contract Overview Pay Rate:£21.00 per hour (Umbrella) £17.91 per hour (PAYE, rolled-up holiday pay) Contract Length: 3-month minimum contract Hours: High-volume work (45+ hours per week) Location: Candidates can be based anywhere in the UK, but must be willing to deploy to Shetland, Orkney, the Western Isles, or Argyll and Bute. Shift Patterns and Schedule Coverage: Home care visits supporting adults within their own homes, running between 07:00 and 23:00 (multiple visits per day with varying shift times).
